Registro retributivo: average and median of every salary concept (salario base, complementos, percepciones extrasalariales) broken down by sex and by professional classification group, exactly as the regulation prescribes. Brecha salarial: the pay-gap percentage per group and the global gap, with the 25%% threshold flag (art. 28.3 ET) that obliges a justification when the average pay of one sex exceeds the other by 25%% or more. Plan de igualdad: diagnosis areas, measures with owners and deadlines, the negotiation/registration milestones and a progress dashboard. Auditoría retributiva: job-valuation factors and the equal-value grouping used to compare posts of equal value. Worksheets/CSV the company keeps and uploads to REGCON / the labour authority through its OWN login. This app produces internal reports only; it does not transmit anything to any registry.
