Why Choose This Module
What it does Pacientes (patient files) — patient record with the RGPD consent for treatment of health data (categoría especial, art. 9 RGPD), informed-consent signature date, the referring professional and the assigned therapist. Sesiones (agenda) — schedules therapy sessions with a therapist in a time slot (presencial / online), detects therapist double-booking, records the duration, the modality and an online meeting link. Notas clínicas — per-session clinical note kept under the patient file, access-restricted to the therapist group, with the motive, the intervention and the evolution. Bono de sesiones — session packs sold to a patient; each completed session consumes one and the remaining balance is shown. Recordatorios (recall) — flags sessions that need a reminder and the next recommended appointment date. Política de no-show — marks no-shows, counts them per patient and (per a configurable threshold) flags the patient, optionally applying a no-show fee to the pack.
