Why Choose This Module
What it does Plano de sala — zonas and mesas with capacity (pax) and combinable flag. Turnos — comida/cena shifts with start/end and seats, used to slot bookings. Reservas — booking with date, turno, mesa, pax, status flow (solicitada → confirmada → sentada → finalizada / no-show / cancelada); checks the table is free in that turno and that its capacity fits the party. No-shows — flag and count per customer to surface repeat offenders. Señales/Depósitos — record a deposit hold, mark it captured or refunded (the actual charge stays in the restaurant's own payment system). Lista de espera — queue entries that can be promoted into a reservation when a slot frees up. Confirmaciones — send an e-mail confirmation/reminder via a mail template; SMS confirmations are registered as a logged channel for the staff to action. Previsión de comensales — per-day/turno covers aggregation for forecasting.
