Key Features
Registro de Actividades de Tratamiento (RAT, art.30)
document every processing activity: purpose, legal basis (art.6), categories of data subjects and of personal data, special categories (art.9), recipients, processors, international transfers and safeguards, retention period and technical/organisational security measures. The app scores each activity's **risk level** and automatically flags whether an **EIPD/DPIA is required** using the art.35 + WP248 criteria.
