Gestión de taller mecánico: órdenes de reparación, historial por matrícula, mano de obra y piezas, registro de daños y flujo de aprobación del cliente con tablero de estados.
Gestiona el día a día de un taller mecánico: recepción del vehículo, diagnóstico, presupuesto, aprobación del cliente, ejecución y entrega, con totales de mano de obra y piezas calculados automáticamente.
Características principales
Órdenes de reparación
numeración automática (OT/año/secuencia), motivo de entrada, diagnóstico, mecánico asignado, prioridad y flujo de estados (borrador → diagnóstico → presupuesto → aprobado → en proceso → finalizado → entregado), con cancelación y reapertura controladas.
Ficha de vehículo por matrícula
la matrícula es única, de modo que cada vehículo acumula su historial completo de órdenes, kilometraje y próxima ITV, con avisos automáticos cuando la inspección está próxima a vencer.
Mano de obra y piezas
líneas de mano de obra con tarifas por tipo de trabajo (mecánica, electricidad, chapa, diagnosis, neumáticos) y líneas de piezas enlazadas al inventario (``stock``) con control de disponibilidad; cálculo de base, IVA y total.
Registro fotográfico de daños
documenta el estado del vehículo a la entrada y a la salida por zona y gravedad, marcando los daños preexistentes para evitar reclamaciones.
Flujo de aprobación del cliente
el presupuesto se envía, el cliente aprueba y sólo entonces se inician los trabajos; queda traza en el historial.
Tablero de estados (kanban)
vista de columnas por estado para ver de un vistazo la carga del taller, más histórico agregado por vehículo.
