Por qué elegir este módulo
Gestión del impuesto autonómico sobre las estancias turísticas para operadores de alojamiento. Registro de regiones (CCAA) con tablas de tarifas por establecimiento, noches máximas gravables, edad de exención de menores y un factor de temporada baja. Precargado con cifras reales de Cataluña (IEET, Ley 5/2017) e Illes Balears (ITS / ecotasa, Ley 2/2016). Registros de estancia con entrada/salida, adultos/niños, marca de temporada baja y gestión completa de exenciones. La tasa se calcula como tarifa efectiva × noches gravables × huéspedes gravables, donde los niños están exentos y las noches se limitan al máximo de la región. Hoja de autoliquidación periódica (trimestral) que recopila las estancias confirmadas y no declaradas del periodo, agrega noches gravables, huéspedes y tasa devengada, y exporta un resumen CSV. Es una herramienta de cálculo y hoja de trabajo. NO presenta la autoliquidación ni transmite nada a ninguna administración; el operador presenta las cifras a través del portal de la autoridad tributaria autonómica (Sede / oficina virtual) con sus propias credenciales.
