Back-office para TPV de restauracion: arqueos de caja con descuadre, ranking de camareros, rotacion de mesas, auditoria de anulaciones/descuentos y hoja resumen Z diaria.
Herramienta de **gestion y analitica de back-office** para bares y restaurantes que usan un TPV. Concentra el control de caja, el rendimiento de sala y la auditoria de incidencias en un unico panel, sin sustituir al TPV.
Key Features
Arqueo de caja (turnos)
abre y cierra turnos de caja contando el efectivo por denominaciones (billetes y monedas EUR). Calcula el efectivo esperado a partir del fondo de cambio inicial, las ventas en efectivo, las entradas y las salidas de caja, y obtiene el **descuadre** (sobrante / faltante) con un umbral de tolerancia configurable.
Ranking de camareros
agrega las ventas por camarero: importe total, numero de tickets, ticket medio, comensales servidos y posicion en el ranking del periodo, recalculado automaticamente.
Rotacion de mesas
analitica de ocupacion por mesa: numero de servicios, comensales totales, duracion media de la estancia, rotaciones por servicio e indice de ocupacion.
Auditoria de anulaciones y descuentos
registro de cada anulacion, linea borrada o descuento manual con motivo, importe, camarero y autorizacion del responsable; totales y deteccion de excesos sobre el limite configurado.
Hoja resumen Z diaria
consolida los turnos de un dia en un parte Z: ventas brutas y netas, base e IVA por tipo, ventas por forma de pago, descuentos, anulaciones, comensales y ticket medio. Exportable a CSV.
