A Community alternative to Enterprise Sign
Upload a PDF, add your signers, and send it out for electronic signature. Signers open a secure link and sign by drawing their signature — no account needed. Every action is logged and a signature certificate is generated on completion.
Sign from any device
Signers get a tokenized portal link, review the document, draw their signature on a touch or mouse pad, and submit — on phone, tablet or desktop.
Ordered or parallel
Collect signatures all at once, or in a strict sequence where each signer is invited only after the previous one has signed.
Full audit trail
Every view, signature and decline is recorded with a timestamp and IP address, so the process is always defensible.
Signature certificate
On completion, a PDF certificate is generated with all signers, timestamps, IP addresses and the captured signatures.
