Import Purchase Order Lines from CSV/Excel

Import Purchase Order Lines from CSV or Excel files with product, quantity, price, description, and taxes.

Overview

The Import Purchase Order Lines module allows users to easily import multiple purchase order lines from CSV or Excel files into a purchase order. Users can import product, description, quantity, unit price, and taxes using a simple wizard.

1. Settings -> Users & Companies -> Users -> Access Rights Enable or disable permission for users to import purchase order lines from CSV or Excel files.

2. Purchase -> Request for Quotation Here you will see an Import Lines button that allows you to upload a file and import purchase order lines.

3. Import Purchase Order Lines Wizard Upload your CSV or Excel file, select the file type, choose the product identification method, set the unit price option, and click Apply to import purchase order lines.

4. Successfully Imported Purchase Order Lines Click Apply to import the purchase order lines and add them to the RFQ with a success message.

5. Sample Import File Use the sample CSV or Excel file format with fields like Product, Description, Quantity, Unit Price, and Taxes to import purchase order lines.
- All these titles are mandatory, and none of the columns can be removed.
