Multi Salesperson

Assign, manage, and remove multiple salespersons on CRM leads and opportunities.

Overview

This module lets you assign and manage multiple salespersons for CRM leads and opportunities. Multiple team members can work on the same record without changing the main salesperson.It also includes Add Multi Salesperson and Remove Multi Salesperson actions, allowing you to quickly assign or remove salespersons from multiple records at once. Assigned users automatically get access to shared records, and that access is removed when they are unassigned.

6. Use the Add Multi Salesperson server action to quickly assign salespersons to selected leads and opportunities.

7. Select one or more salespersons from the wizard and assign them to multiple records in a single click.

8. A success notification is displayed after the selected salespersons are successfully assigned.

9. Additional assigned salespersons automatically gain access to shared leads and opportunities.

10. Use the Remove Multi Salesperson server action to quickly remove selected additional salespersons from multiple leads and opportunities at once.

11. Select one or more additional salespersons from the wizard and remove them from all selected records with a single click.
