Record Cleanup
Mass clean and delete records from Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Project, and Manufacturing modules using a single wizard.

1. Purchase Orders View all Purchase Orders before performing the cleanup. These records will be removed when you select the Purchase & Transfers option in the cleanup wizard.
2. Receipts Support, View all incoming Receipt records related to Purchase Orders. These transfer records will also be deleted during the cleanup process.
3. Activate Developer Mode Enable Developer Mode to access the Cleanup Records menu from the Administration section.
4. Cleanup Records Menu After enabling Developer Mode, open the Cleanup Records menu to launch the cleanup wizard.
5. Cleanup Records Wizard The wizard provides different cleanup options for Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Projects, Manufacturing, and the All Data option for complete record cleanup.
6. Clear Purchase & Transfers Records Select the Purchase & Transfers option and click Cleanup Records to remove Purchase Orders along with their related transfer records.
7. Only Receipts After Cleanup After the cleanup process, all selected Purchase Orders and related Receipt records are removed successfully from the database.
8. One-Click Cleanup Using All Data Enable the All Data checkbox to remove all supported records from the installed modules with a single click.
