Terms & Conditions for Sales

Manage and display Terms & Conditions in quotations, sales orders, reports, and portal.

Overview

This module allows sellers to define their company’s Terms & Conditions using an easy HTML editor and automatically applies them to quotations and sales orders. It ensures that the terms are displayed in reports and also visible to customers in the portal, making communication clear and consistent.

1. Settings -> Users & Companies -> Users -> Access Rights To enable Terms & Conditions for Sales to activate this feature.

2. Sales -> Configuration -> Terms & Conditions Open this menu to view and manage all terms records.

3. Sales -> Configuration ->Terms & Conditions Click Create, enter a name and add your terms with formatted text.

4. Sales -> Orders -> Quotations -> Terms & Conditions Tab Select the required terms in a quotation.

5. Sale Order -> Terms & Conditions Tab -> Print in Report? Enable this option to show terms in the PDF.

6. Sales Order Report Terms will also appear in the printed sales order report.

7. Customer Portal View Customers can see Terms & Conditions at the bottom of the page.

8. Sales -> Configuration -> Quotation Templates Create or edit a template to set default terms.

9. Quotation Template -> Terms & Conditions Tab Add terms to auto-apply in quotations.

10. Quotation -> Select Template -> Terms & Conditions Auto-filled When you select a template, terms auto-fill in the quotation with the same print settings.

11. Quotation/Sales Order Report Template terms will be printed at the bottom.

12. Customer Portal View Template terms are also visible to customers.

13. Sales Order -> Create Invoice Terms are automatically copied to the invoice.

14. Invoice -> Terms & Conditions Tab -> Print -> PDF Check and print invoice with terms.

15. Invoice PDF Report Terms & Conditions are displayed clearly at the bottom.
