CRM Won Reasons
Odoo asks why you lost a deal — but not why you won one. This module adds a Mark Won wizard that mirrors the familiar Lost flow, so every closed-won opportunity captures the reasons behind the win and a short closing note. Over time you build a clean, reportable record of what actually drives your wins.

What it does
- Winning an opportunity opens a Mark Won wizard instead of closing it silently.
- Require one or more win reasons (multi-select) before the deal can be marked won.
- Add a closing note that is logged to the opportunity's chatter for context.
- Brings the Lost flow into line too: lost reasons become multi-tag, so a deal can record more than one reason it slipped away.

Sales teams that want symmetric win/loss analysis — understanding what wins deals, not just what loses them.

Install the module and manage your win reasons under CRM → Configuration.
