A scheduled action runs continuously. Paid Etsy orders land in Odoo without any manual trigger.
Smart customer matching
Customers are matched by email. If they exist in Odoo, the invoice links to them. If not, a new customer record is created automatically.

Every order becomes a draft invoice. Review, adjust if needed, and confirm. Nothing is posted without your approval.

Create a free app in Etsy Developer Portal Click "Open Etsy Developer Portal ↗" in Odoo Settings. Create an app and copy the
API KeyandShared Secret. -
Enter credentials and click Connect Paste your API Key and Shared Secret in Odoo Settings → Etsy Odoo Connector. Click "Connect to Etsy ↗" — Etsy opens, you authorize with one click, and you're redirected back to Odoo automatically.

Each invoice includes
- All order line items with quantities and unit prices
- Shipping cost as a separate line
- Customer name, email and shipping address

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a paid Etsy plan?
No. The Etsy Open API is available to any registered seller at no extra cost. You only need an active Etsy seller account.
Do I need to reconnect periodically?
No. The connector refreshes your access token automatically in the background. The sync never stops.
Which orders are imported?
Orders with payment status Paid — meaning the buyer has completed the transaction.
Will it import old orders?
Yes. You can configure how many days back to look (default: 7). On first install, set it to the number of days you want to backfill.
What if I run the sync twice — will it duplicate invoices?
Never. Each order has a unique reference. If an invoice with that reference already exists in Odoo, the order is skipped.
Does it post invoices automatically?
No — and that's by design. Invoices land in draft so you can review, apply taxes, or make adjustments before confirming.
