Key features Country-specific checklist templates (FR, BE, NL) seeded with the real statutory steps and legal deadlines (FR liasse / DAS2, BE fiches 281.x / VAT client-listing, NL VAT suppletie / ICP / KvK deposit). Close runs per company and fiscal year built from a template, with gated sections: nothing can be signed off until its blocking predecessors are done. Task model with owner, due date, status, the statutory reference and a computed overdue flag; a progress percentage per section and per run. VAT recap and provisions worksheets that roll the line amounts into the run totals, and a year-end close report (CSV) for the file. A sign-off gate: the run can only be locked when every blocking task is done and every required sign-off is given.
