Structure (OECD BEPS Action 13) Reporting fiscal year + group (ultimate parent, reporting currency, threshold). CbCR Table 1: per tax-jurisdiction aggregates - revenues (related/unrelated/total), profit before tax, income tax paid, income tax accrued, stated capital, accumulated earnings, number of employees, tangible assets. CbCR Table 2: constituent entities per jurisdiction with their main activities. Local-file controlled transactions: counterparties, transaction type, amount, the TP method applied (CUP/RPM/Cost-plus/TNMM/Profit-split) and the tested party. Consistency checks (Table 1 total revenue = unrelated + related; employee/asset presence; EUR 750m filing-threshold flag) surfaced before export.
