Why Choose This Module
Features Food lot records with DLC (date limite de consommation) / DDM (date de durabilité minimale), storage conditions and supplier lot reference. Lot genealogy: link input (ingredient) lots to output (manufactured) lots, so a defect in any ingredient lot can be traced forward to every finished lot and the customers that received it. INCO allergen tracking: the 14 mandatory allergens (annex II of Reg. 1169/2011) are seeded and tagged per lot, with a carried-over allergen view from ingredient lots. One-click recall: from any lot, build the complete forward recall list (finished lots + shipments + customers) and the backward list (ingredient lots + suppliers), with a recall case workflow (open -> notified -> closed). Best-before monitoring with an expiry alert and an expiring-soon list.
