Pourquoi choisir ce module
Fonctionnalités : fiches de lots alimentaires avec DLC (date limite de consommation) / DDM (date de durabilité minimale), conditions de stockage et référence du lot fournisseur. Généalogie des lots : reliez les lots d'entrée (ingrédients) aux lots de sortie (fabriqués), afin qu'un défaut sur un lot d'ingrédient puisse être tracé en aval jusqu'à chaque lot fini et aux clients qui l'ont reçu. Suivi des allergènes INCO : les 14 allergènes obligatoires (annexe II du Règl. 1169/2011) sont préchargés et étiquetés par lot, avec une vue des allergènes reportés depuis les lots d'ingrédients. Rappel en un clic : depuis n'importe quel lot, construisez la liste complète de rappel en aval (lots finis + expéditions + clients) et la liste en amont (lots d'ingrédients + fournisseurs), avec un workflow de dossier de rappel (ouvert → notifié → clôturé). Suivi des DLC/DDM avec alerte d'expiration et liste des lots à consommer bientôt.
