What it does Define a provision matrix: aging buckets (0-30, 31-60, 61-90, 91-180, 180+ days...) each with a provision percentage. Different matrices per country / customer profile. A provision run scans open customer invoices, classifies each by age and computes the provision amount; you review the proposal then post the **write-off / provision journal entry** (debit doubtful-debt expense, credit the provision account). Per-country VAT bad-debt-relief logic:
