Why Choose This Module
Capabilities Retention policy table per data category and country: FR (CNIL): prospects 3 years from last contact, ex-customer data 3 years after the commercial relationship, CV of unsuccessful candidates 2 years, connection logs 6-12 months, video-surveillance 30 days. BE (APD/GBA): broadly the GDPR base periods, candidate data 3 years (with consent). NL (AP): sollicitatiegegevens 4 weeks without consent / 1 year with consent. Scan engine: evaluates a policy against any model + date field + filter domain, listing the over-retained records and their age. Purge actions: anonymise (blank/mask configured fields) or unlink, run in a logged batch with draft -> simulated -> executed states; a dry-run shows exactly what would change before anything is touched. Evidence log: append-only record of policy, model, record count, action, operator and timestamp; exportable as JSON for a DPO file.
