One-click / multi-year deadline generation (idempotent), with movable due dates rolled off weekends to the preceding working day. Deadline lifecycle: upcoming -> due soon -> overdue -> filed / skipped, with a list, a colour-coded calendar and per-user "my deadlines" filtering. Reminder engine: a daily cron raises first and second reminders within each obligation's lead window (and an overdue reminder), posts to the deadline chatter and schedules a to-do activity for the responsible user — de-duplicated.
