Event Administration Fee
Automatically add configurable administration fees to your event tickets — in the back office and on the website checkout. Set it once, and every order is calculated for you.
Stop calculating fees by hand
Selling tickets often means charging an extra service or administration fee on top of the ticket price. This module adds that fee automatically to every sale order line that contains an event ticket — keeping your pricing transparent and your accounting clean.
Two fee modes
Charge a percentage of the ticket price (e.g. 10%) or a fixed value per ticket. You decide what fits each event.
Event or product level
Configure the fee on the event for a global default, or on a specific ticket product to override it. Product settings always win.
Always in sync
Change the ticket, quantity or price and the fee line updates instantly. Remove the ticket and its fee is removed automatically.
Website checkout ready
Fees appear in the online cart and payment summary tied to their ticket, and customers can't accidentally remove or edit the fee line.
Clean invoicing
Fees are real order lines on a dedicated product, so they flow naturally into invoices, taxes and reporting.
Zero daily effort
No manual lines, no spreadsheets. Configure once and let every back-office and online sale handle the fee on its own.
How it works
Enable the fee
Open an event or a ticket product and tick “Add administration fee to tickets”.
Choose type & value
Pick percentage or fixed value and set the amount applied per ticket.
Sell tickets
Every ticket line gets a matching fee line, automatically, in sales and on the website.
Built for the way you actually price events
- Product-level configuration overrides event-level configuration — perfect for VIP or special tickets.
- Fee quantity follows the ticket quantity, so 3 tickets means 3 fees.
- Fee lines are protected on the website: customers can't delete or modify them on their own.
- Deleting a ticket cleanly removes its associated fee — no orphan lines left behind.

Works on top of Odoo's standard Events and eCommerce apps.
