Install All In One Chatter and refresh the browser assets.
Configure Settings
Enable features and default CC/BCC from Settings â All In One Chatter.
Set User Preferences
Choose chatter position and Hide Chatter from My Preferences.

Enable Hide/Show, Pin, Direct Reply, Filter, History Log, ZIP download and Track All Fields from Settings â All In One Chatter. Set default Email CC and BCC partners for compose.
User Access Rights â Hide Chatter Manager
Assign the Hide Chatter Manager group from Users â Access Rights under Administration â All In One Chatter so the user can manage hide-chatter configurations.
Administration â All In One Chatter Menu
Open Settings â All In One Chatter to access Hide Chatter and Track All Fields menus for managers and system administrators.
Hide Chatter â Users & Models Configuration
Create hide rules for Chatter, Followers, Activities or Messages, then apply them to selected users and mail-thread models.
Track All Fields â Model & Field Selection
Choose a model and the fields to track. Changes are logged automatically in the chatter history.
My Preferences â Chatter Position & Hide Chatter
Set Chatter Position to Standard (Side) or Always Bottom, and enable Hide Chatter for the current user from Change My Preferences.
Form View Full Screen â Chatter Hidden
When Hide Chatter is enabled in Preferences, the form expands to full width and the chatter panel is completely hidden.
Hide / Show Chatter Button on Form
Use the Hide Chatter button on the form status bar to toggle the chatter panel instantly for more form space.
Direct Reply For Chatter Messages
Hover a message and click Direct Reply to open the reply wizard and respond quickly without leaving the record.
Pin Chatter Messages
Open the message menu and choose Pin Message to keep important updates fixed at the top of the thread.

Pinned messages show a clear PINNED badge. Edited messages display an Updated label so everyone can see when content last changed.

Filter the thread by All, Messages, Notes or Logs, choose a date range (Today, Last 7 / 30 days), search by keyword, and reset filters anytime.
Download Chatter Attachments as ZIP
Click Download all attachments as ZIP in the chatter top bar to save every file from the thread as a single compressed archive.

Where do I enable features?
Go to Settings â All In One Chatter and enable the options you need (Filter, Pin, ZIP, History, Track Fields, and more).
What is Hide Chatter Manager?
It is an access group that lets a user open Administration â All In One Chatter â Hide Chatter and create hide rules. It does not hide chatter by itself.
How do I hide chatter for one user?
Open My Preferences (or Users â Preferences) and enable Hide Chatter. Relogin or hard refresh so the session updates.
Does it work on Community and Enterprise?
Yes. It works with Odoo 19 Community, Enterprise and Odoo.sh.
