What are the two main flows available in this Smart Entry wizard?
The wizard provides two distinct paths: **Create Opportunity** (for CRM-focused pipelines which ends at Step 5 with opportunity details) and **Create Sale Order** (for sales-focused pipelines which ends at Step 6 with an interactive quotation builder).
Does it support searching and using existing customers from the database?
Yes. In the customer intake step, choose "Existing Customer" and search by name, email, phone, or tax ID. Selecting a partner imports their details, related contacts, and addresses, allowing you to skip straight to creating the Opportunity or Sale Order.
How are related contacts and shipping addresses handled?
During customer intake, you can add multiple contact cards (with individual roles and phone numbers) and multiple billing/shipping addresses. If delivery matches billing, a simple toggle lets you sync them automatically.

Sales teams can select the target transaction flow (Create Opportunity or Create Sale Order), record all relevant customer data, and create records without navigating between separate Odoo modules.
