Enable the Dynamic Product Label module in Settings
Navigate to the Dynamic Product Label menu to view all saved label templates and create new ones for your products
Open a label template to configure the label name, paper size, label dimensions, and the dynamic fields to display
Configure the dynamic fields on the label - choose from product name, price, barcode, SKU, lot number, and more.
Click Add a line to add new label line. You can select the model from the dropdown. Also configure the price related fields by checking the 'Is price field?'
The fields can be selected from this widget.
In the wizard, you can choose display-type Field or Constant. If you choose constant then you can print sample text in the product label.
In the wizard, If you choose a field and particular image field then you can print the product image in the product label as well.
Print the label for single or multiple products in the list view -> Actions button
Print the label for products in the form view as well.
A print wizard opens where you can select the label template, set whether company logo needs to be included, and set the quantity of labels, and confirm printing.
The generated PDF label displays the product barcode and all configured dynamic fields ready for printing.
Similarly, the generated PDF label can also display the QR code as well by selecting in the label template configuration.
Labels can also be printed directly from a sale order - select products from the order lines and trigger label printing.
Labels can be printed from Inventory -> Receipts.
Labels can be printed from Inventory -> Receipts form view as well.
Labels can be printed from Purchase -> Request for quotations list view.
Labels can be printed from Purchase -> Request for quotations form view as well.
Labels can be printed from Invoicing -> Invoices.
Labels can be printed from Invoicing -> Invoices form view as well.
Enable expiration dates and consignment from inventory general settings.
Enable expiration date from the product inventory tab and set respected days.
Open a wizard to select template end enable "Print lot number", "Print expiration date" and "Print consignment" boolean and click on print button.
User can select Purchase, Sale fields in the the template to show the PO fields details in label and customize color using font color field.
Strike MRP field in the wizard. The Strike works based on the pricelist created for that particular product.
Company logo is enabled in the label.
