FACQ E-Commerce Connector for Odoo

The FACQ Connector is the ultimate bridge between Odoo and FACQ’s official e-commerce platform.

It eliminates manual data entry, reduces errors, and saves your team hours by providing:

• Seamless Sales & Purchase Order Integration

Everything happens directly in Odoo - connect orders, fetch baskets, push lines, and send offers instantly.

Prerequisites:
- FACQ e-commerce account with API access
- Credentials: Login, User, and Password

Easy Configuration

Configure your FACQ credentials in Settings > Technical > API > API Connector (activate developer mode to access this menu).
Multi-company is supported, so each company can use its own account.

Access per user

In case your employees needs to access FACQ with their specific access, you can configure credentials per user on their form view.

Field Mapping

Define how FACQ fields map to Odoo fields for accurate synchronization.
Go to: Settings > Technical > API > Mapping (activate developer mode to access this menu).

Access Rights

Define who can trigger an update of the data with the FACQ connector:

• Product Access: Has access to the webservice tools from the product form view
• Purchase Access: Has access to the webservice tools from the purchase application
• Sale Access: Has access to the webservice tools from the sales application
• Full Access: Has access to every tools that interact with the FACQ webservice

Product Synchronization

To synchronize a product, simply fill in a valid FACQ Product ID. Synchronization can be triggered manually from:

• The product form view
• The product list view (batch actions)

Automated Synchronization

A scheduled action allows you to synchronize all FACQ products automatically once per day.

Disabled by default. To enable:

• Activate Developer Mode
• Go to Settings > Technical > Automation > Scheduled Actions
• Enable FACQ: Synchronize all FACQ products

⚠️ Note: performance depends on catalog size.

Sales Orders Integration

• One-click access to FACQ e-commerce
• Fetch and import the FACQ basket directly into your Odoo SO
• Clear the basket instantly when needed

Purchase Orders Integration

• One-click access to FACQ e-commerce from any PO
• Fetch and import the FACQ basket into Odoo
• Clear the basket instantly
• Push Odoo PO lines directly into the FACQ basket
• Request a FACQ offer and generate a detailed PO in Odoo automatically
• Send offers and purchase orders instantly from Odoo to FACQ (EDI) – no emails, no manual steps, no delays
