STORY BEHIND THE FEATURES

ODOO'S FUNCTIONS

Odoo allows you to track changes on custom fields created with Studio. However, tracking for standard (base) fields is limited or not available by default.

CLUEDOO'S FUNCTIONS

Cluedoo extends the tracking functionality to include standard Odoo fields, giving you full visibility over changes to both custom and base fields.

CLUEDOO RECOMMENDATION

Essential for users seeking to monitor field changes, providing critical insights into who makes alterations and when. It is recommended to install this at the outset of implementing Cluedoo in your Odoo system.

HOW TO USE THIS MODULE

1. Go to Sales, or anywhere you want to track the field that interests you. In this example, we are going to a sales order and changing the field Customer Reference . Go to Studio to change the field Enable Ordered Tracking from 0 to 1 . You can also go to Fields (Debug Mode) and find the field you need.

2.

Then, restart the http. This can be done from Odoo.sh => Shell.

Type this command:

odoosh-restart http

Note: don't need from V18

3. The changes will be tracked within Chatter.
