ODOO'S FUNCTIONS
In Odoo, information such as Site, Product, Subcontractor and Purchase Order line is not displayed when tasks are created

Cluedoo improves functions related to location, date and subcontractor, enabling seamless information updates and elevating the user experience.
CLUEDOO RECOMMENDATION
Install on 100% of the database.
HOW TO USE THIS MODULE

Note:
In the
Task Template
, remember to set Duration days, choose the product you've created, and the subcontractor.

Under the
Purchase
tab of the product, add a vendor, tick the
Subcontract Service
checkbox, and choose
On milestone quantities
in the
Control Policy
field.

Go to
Sales
>
Order
> Create a new quotation > Fill in details >
Confirm Order.
|
|
|
After the SO is confirmed, click on the smart button
Tasks
at the top, and you can see the
Site
,
Product
,
Subcontractor
, and
Purchase Order Line
fields are auto-filled and inherited from the SO.

Note:
For example, I set the end date on 16 May 2025 and my duration on the task template is 10 days, the start date is automatically filled, which is 6 May 2025.

d. When the subcontractor changes, the PO line information is also updated.

Orders
> Create a new purchase order >
Confirm

After the PO is confirmed, click on the smart button
