ODOO'S FUNCTION
In Odoo, you have to manually fill in information such as the journal, warehouse, and operation type in orders every time. If you want to sort and filter orders classified by these fields, there is no available method.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
Combined with module fal_order_type, this module helps you transfer the journal, warehouse, and operation type from the purchase order type to a purchase order.

1 Create a new Request for Order from Purchase |

Note that the list of Order types displayed is restricted by Company settings - each company can only be see order types belonging to their own company. |

2 Confirm Order to change status to Purchase Order
Go to Receipt
→ The Operation Type fields will be auto-filled with the same contents that you set in the order type |

3 Go back to Purchase Order and Create Bill
→ The Journal fields will be inherited |

1Create a new Request for Order from Purchase
Go to Other information → Order type → Choose the order type you want
