ODOO'S FUNCTION
In Odoo, Sales Subscriptions do not have a built-in mechanism to inherit a recurring plan from a Sales Agreement
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
CLuedoo introduces a feature that enhances Sales Subscriptions by allowing the Sales Order's recurring plan to inherit directly from the Sales Agreement's recurring plan . When a Sales Agreement includes a predefined recurring schedule (e.g., monthly, yearly), any Sales Order created from that agreement automatically follows the same recurrence rules. This ensures uniformity in subscription management, reduces manual setup, and streamlines sales processes.

1. Go to Sales > Order > Blanket Orders > New to create a new blanket order and fill in the Recurring Plan and other necessary information > Confirm > New Quotation |
2. A sales subscription quotation will be created and the Recurring Plan is inherited from the one in the blanket order |
3.
Confirm

4. Head back to the blanket order, the
Ordered Quantities
has been changed from 0 to the same quantity as the
Quantity
field in the sale order
Note:
If you want the
Ordered
Quantity
in the blanket order to be inherited in the sales subscription quotation, you need to go to the internal link of the
Agreement Type
and set
Use quantities of agreement
, otherwise it will be set to 0 when you create the quotation
