Check Management replaces that with a single, auditable register that mirrors exactly how checks move through an Egyptian / MENA finance department, with every step posting the correct accounting entry automatically.
Key Features
Customer Check Receipts
Register checks received from customers as collection or guarantee checks, each with its own accounting treatment and full state history.
Deposit Slips
Batch multiple checks into a single bank deposit slip. Each check still keeps its own deposit journal entry for clean reconciliation.
Bounced Check Settlement
Settle a bounced check in cash, replace it with a new check, or split it as a partial settlement — each posts the correct entries automatically.
Vendor Payment by Endorsement
Pay a vendor by endorsing a customer's check — with full tracking through paid → bounced → recovered, including customer charge-back entries.
Check Printing (Arabic Amount-in-Words)
Print issued checks on configurable templates with the amount automatically spelled out in Arabic — e.g. "ألف وخمسمائة جنيهاً وخمسة وسبعون قرشاً".
Check Books & Issued Checks
Register bank check books with sequential, thread-safe numbering, and issue company checks to vendors directly linked to a payment.
Live Dashboard
A built-in OWL dashboard shows checks in wallet, under collection, collected and bounced — plus checks due within the next 7 days, at a glance.
Configurable Workflow States
Adjust which states are active per company and configure the accounting journals/accounts behind each transition — no code changes required.
