Odoo Calendar integration
Link each mechanic to an Odoo user. Busy events in that user's agenda automatically remove overlapping times from online booking. Events marked as free do not block availability.
Conflict prevention
Existing appointments and calendar events are checked when slots are displayed and checked again when the customer confirms, preventing double bookings and simultaneous submissions.
Cleaner customer database
Existing contacts are reused by email, telephone or mobile number. Submitted customer data is stored as an appointment snapshot without exposing private contact information.
International by design
English source interface with complete Spanish, French and German translations for the workshop backend and public flow.
