FEC Activity Booking
- Adds slot_id / booking_date to check-ins so occupancy can be tracked.
- fec.slot.booking aggregates live occupancy per slot/date/activity with a calendar view and capacity alerts.
- Capacity and double-booking constraints on fec.checkin.
- A quick check-in wizard (search parent -> child -> activity -> duration).
