Statutory Calibration & Certificates
Track equipment under legal verification: fuel dispensers, weighbridges, pressure vessels. Each asset carries its own interval and authority; every certificate is kept as a record with its result, measured error and scanned document, so the audit trail survives. The due date runs from the last certificate, and a failed verification deliberately does not reset it.
Verification Due & Overdue Tracking
Assets show In Date, Due Soon, Overdue or Never Verified at a glance, with a warning window you set per asset. Filter and group the whole estate by verification status to see who needs a verifier this month, before an inspector does.
Per-Asset Verification Cadence
A preventive schedule can follow each asset's own verification interval instead of one fixed rhythm, because a six-monthly dispenser and a three-monthly one sit on the same contract. The series starts one interval after the current certificate, so nobody is sent out early.
Customer Service Sites
Make the station an operational unit rather than an address line: its own assets, contracts, work orders, access notes, site contact and verification backlog. Built for multi-site estates such as fuel forecourts, retail chains and depots.
Site-Level SLA Override
A flagship site can carry tighter cover than the rest of the estate on the same agreement. Work orders inherit the site policy when there is one and the contract policy otherwise, while a policy a dispatcher picked by hand always wins.
