The Solution
This module enhances Odoo Enterprise reports (Balance Sheet, P&L) by adding direct contextual shortcuts. When you are analyzing a specific account, simply click the account line to instantly launch the Financial Annexes Wizard with pre-loaded data (Date Range & Account).

Adds a "Notes and Annexes (Excel)" option directly inside the dropdown menu of account lines in native Enterprise reports.

Automatically captures the Dates and Active Account from the report view to pre-fill the wizard.

How It Works
Open Report
Go to Accounting > Reporting > Balance Sheet.
Click Account
Click on any account line to open the dropdown.
Export Annexes
Select "Notes and Annexes" to generate the Excel.
QA / User Testing Scenarios
Follow these steps to verify functionality.
✅ Scenario A: Reconcilable Account
- Open Balance Sheet.
- Unfold the "Current Assets" section.
- Locate a reconcilable account (e.g., 101000 Current Account or 121000 Receivable).
- Click the line or dropdown icon.
- PASSED: You see "Notes and Annexes (Excel)".
- Click it -> The Wizard opens with account pre-selected.
❌ Scenario B: Non-Reconcilable Account
- Open Profit & Loss report.
- Locate an expense account (e.g., 600000 Expenses) that does NOT allow reconciliation.
- Click the line or dropdown icon.
- PASSED: The option "Notes and Annexes" is NOT visible.
- This confirms the smart visibility filter is active.
