Bosta Shipping Integration for Odoo 19 Enterprise adds Bosta shipping to Odoo 19. Create a Bosta airway bill straight from a delivery order, print the label, and let a scheduled job keep the delivery status in step with Odoo. Address and cash on delivery data are read from the transfer itself, so warehouse staff, dispatchers and customer service never leave Inventory to book a shipment.
Overview
Booking a courier usually means copying an address into a portal, pasting a tracking number back, and checking status by hand. This module keeps all of it on the delivery order. One button prepares the shipment from the picking, creates the airway bill, and stores the tracking number where sales and support can see it.
Airway bill from the delivery order
A wizard opens on the transfer, pre-filled with the customer, address and amounts read from the picking.
- Customer, phone, city and district taken from the transfer.
- Cash on delivery amount calculated, including exchange orders.
- Airway bill PDF stored on the transfer as an attachment.
Tracking and status synchronisation
A scheduled job polls Bosta and writes the current state back onto Odoo records.
- Tracking number and status shown on transfer and sale order.

Where do I create the shipment?
On the delivery transfer. A Send to Bosta button opens a wizard pre-filled from the picking and creates the airway bill.
Does it handle cash on delivery?
Yes. The COD amount is sent with the shipment and is recalculated automatically for exchange orders.
What happens if the district is not recognised?
The wizard validates the district against the Bosta city list and asks you to correct it before the shipment is created.
