Amazon SP-API Connector for Odoo 19
Full Amazon integration built for operations teams: shipment tracking via SP-API, SKU catalog binding, price and stock synchronization, FBA inventory, inbound plans, returns management, post-sale cases and buyer messaging â all inside Odoo.
1. Account setup â connect your Amazon Seller account
Configure your Amazon SP-API account directly in Odoo. Enter your LWA credentials, Marketplace ID, Seller ID and SP-API endpoint. Map your Odoo delivery carriers to Amazon carrier names. Enable automatic tracking sync on delivery validation or trigger it manually order by order.
Account form: LWA credentials, marketplace, seller ID, endpoint and carrier mapping.
Live production environment: Amazon España y Portugal and Amazon Francia configured and active.
2. Shipment tracking â confirmShipment from Odoo deliveries
When a delivery order is validated in Odoo, the connector reads the carrier tracking reference, looks up the Amazon order items by SKU and calls confirmShipment on the SP-API. Works automatically on validation or manually from the order. Tracks status per line: Sent, Partial, Pending, Error. Full traceability in the Odoo chatter.
Tracking sync workspace: per-order status (Sent / Partial / Pending / Error), delivery validation flow and chatter log with marketplace, items and carrier detail.
3. Catalog & listings â SKU binding, price and stock sync
Bind Odoo products to Amazon ASINs by SKU. Publish full catalog payloads via the Listings Items API. Synchronize offer price and stock per listing. Supports MFN and FBA channels. Operational logs per SKU for debugging and audit. The production view shows the full catalog with real sync state per line.

Live environment: full product catalog with real SKUs, ASIN, sync status, offer price and stock per listing.
4. Returns & post-sale cases â full post-sale traceability
Import Amazon return lines from the Reports API directly into Odoo. Each return includes fulfillment type, SKU, quantity, return state, refund amount and stock impact. Create internal post-sale cases (RMA or CASE) linked to the Amazon order, with status tracking and reason codes. Keep your support team inside Odoo without jumping to Seller Central.
Post-sale cases: RMA and CASE records with Amazon order, state (Refunded / Pending / Error) and reason code.
Live environment: returns imported from Amazon Reports API with FBA account, SKU, quantity, refund amount and stock status.
5. FBA inventory â stock, inbound plans and country routing
Manage your FBA inventory without leaving Odoo. View stock levels per fulfillment center and country, map Amazon FCs to internal Odoo locations, and manage inbound plans with packing groups, boxes and official shipment states. The production view shows the full FBA inventory with sync state per SKU across all fulfillment centers.

6. Buyer messaging â reply from Odoo without Seller Central
Handle buyer messages linked to their Amazon order directly in Odoo via the Amazon email gateway flow. Each conversation shows the order reference, subject, status and last activity date. Reply using templates, track open threads and close resolved ones â all without leaving Odoo.

Technical requirements
Requires Odoo 19.0 and the native Odoo Amazon module (sale_amazon). Amazon SP-API LWA credentials must be created in your Amazon Seller Central developer account. Internet access from the Odoo server to SP-API endpoints is required.
