ChannelEngine Connector
Sell across 950+ marketplaces from Odoo 19.0
Products, prices, stock, orders and returns synced with ChannelEngine's Merchant API -- Amazon, bol.com, Zalando, Kaufland, Cdiscount, eBay and every other channel ChannelEngine supports.
ChannelEngine connects retailers and brands to hundreds of marketplaces through one API. This connector brings that reach directly into Odoo: a native app -- not a third-party middleware layer -- so your product catalog, orders, returns and pricing rules stay where the rest of your business already runs.
What's included
Product & offer sync
Full catalog sync plus a separate, higher-frequency price/stock-only push --
matching ChannelEngine's own /v2/products/data vs /v2/products/offers split.
One row per product × channel, with live sync status.
Bulk publish wizard
Select any number of products, tick the channels you want, and publish everything in one step -- one offer per product × channel, existing combinations skipped automatically, never duplicated.
Order import
Incoming marketplace orders create a normal Odoo Sales Order automatically, ready for the usual invoicing and delivery flow -- with the channel, buyer and status visible at a glance.
Shipments & tracking
Validating the delivery in Odoo creates the shipment with carrier and tracking number and pushes it to the marketplace -- the missing half of the order flow that marketplaces require. Manual push and bulk push included.
Cancellations
Cancel a marketplace order from Odoo: the cancellation is pushed to the channel first, then the linked Sales Order is cancelled -- with guard rails so you can never cancel something already shipped or refunded.
Live stock trigger
When stock really changes in your warehouse, the affected offers are queued for the next fast sync automatically -- event-driven freshness on top of the scheduled polling, with no performance cost on bulk moves.
Returns & refunds
A full return lifecycle (requested / approved / rejected / refunded) that creates a real Odoo credit note, reversed from the original invoice, on approval.
Order automation
Optional per-account toggles to auto-confirm the Sales Order, auto-create the invoice, and auto-validate the delivery the moment an order is imported -- off by default, on when you want a hands-off flow.
Pricing rules
Per-channel or global margin-floor and MAP (minimum advertised price) enforcement, applied before an offer is pushed -- reusing your existing product costs, not a bespoke pricing engine.
Webhooks + polling
A secure webhook endpoint complements the scheduled sync, cutting update latency when ChannelEngine can reach your instance -- polling keeps working either way.
Errors that get noticed
Every sync is logged with a clear success/error result. A failed sync also schedules an Odoo activity on the account's responsible user -- no more silent failures sitting in a table nobody opens.
Bulk resync & reporting
Force an immediate resync of selected offers or orders in one click. Pivot and graph views turn your synced orders and offers into ordinary Odoo reports -- no BI export round-trip.
How it works
- Create an Account in ChannelEngine → Configuration → Accounts with your API key and endpoint, and click Test Connection.
- Publish your catalog with the bulk wizard: pick products, tick channels, done -- optionally guarded by margin-floor / MAP pricing rules.
- Offers sync out on two schedules (full catalog + fast price/stock), and real stock changes queue an immediate refresh.
- Orders flow in as Odoo Sales Orders automatically -- with optional auto-confirm, auto-invoice and auto-deliver toggles per account.
- Validate the delivery and the shipment (carrier + tracking) is pushed back to the marketplace; returns become real credit notes when approved; cancellations push to the channel with one click.
- Watch it all from one Dashboard where every number is clickable: products synced, orders, pending returns, refunds total, shipments to push, 30-day revenue, and a live activity feed.

FAQ
Is this an official ChannelEngine product?
No -- this is an independent integration built and maintained by FlexiGoTech. It is not endorsed or supported by ChannelEngine. ChannelEngine's own Merchant API documentation was used to build the product/price/stock sync; the order and returns data shapes are a reasonable, industry-standard approximation pending direct developer access, clearly marked in the code.
How do I get a ChannelEngine account?
Sign up with ChannelEngine directly to get your API key and endpoint, then enter them under ChannelEngine → Configuration → Accounts in Odoo.
Which Odoo versions and editions are supported?
Odoo 19, 18 and 17, on both Community and Enterprise.
Do I need to enable the automation toggles?
No. Auto-confirm, auto-invoice and auto-validate-delivery are all off by default -- turn on only what fits your workflow.
Is multi-company / multi-account supported?
Yes. Several ChannelEngine accounts -- for example, one per brand or legal entity -- can run side by side in the same Odoo database.
