Order management
Automatic 15-minute import of new orders, accept / refuse with one click, bulk wizards, multi-package shipping notifications, automatic invoice and credit note PDF upload, and full refund support.
Offer publishing
Publish your Odoo products as ManoMano offers with category and taxonomy mapping. Daily delta-sync (price + stock) only sends what changed. Bulk publish wizard from the product list.
Stock fulfillment
Three modes supported: seller-managed, ManoMano Fulfillment, or mixed per SKU. The connector knows which path each item takes and never crosses streams.
Multi-country, multi-language
One account, multiple contracts (ES / FR / IT / DE / UK). Product titles and descriptions are auto-translated using your Odoo translations, with silent fallback to the company language when a translation is missing.
Reliability built-in
Centralized HTTP client with exponential backoff, rate limiting, sandbox window detection, circuit breaker, and structured audit log of every API call. API failures never block your Odoo workflows.
Multi-company & secure
Per-company isolation via record rules. Three-group permission model (User, Manager, Admin). API keys redacted in every log, restricted to admins only.
How it works
- Create an Account in ManoMano → Configuration → Accounts with your
x-api-keyandx-thirdparty-name. - Add one Contract per country with the matching
seller_contract_id. - Click Test Connection to validate.
- Sync brands, categories and taxonomy (one-shot or weekly cron).
- Publish products as offers via the bulk wizard.
- Orders import automatically every 15 minutes; shipping and invoices flow through Odoo's standard validate / post events.

FAQ
How do I obtain my API key?
Log in to your ManoMano Toolbox seller back-office and request your API credentials
from the integrations area. ManoMano provides one x-api-key per seller and
one seller_contract_id per country contract.
Does the module work in sandbox?
Yes. Set the account environment to "Sandbox" and the connector targets the sandbox host. The connector knows ManoMano's sandbox availability window and politely waits when it's closed (Mon 00–20h, Tue–Fri 07–20h CEST).
Can I sell in multiple countries?
Yes. Create one contract per country under the same account. Each contract carries its
own seller_contract_id, language, and fulfillment mode.
Is queue_job required?
No. The connector works synchronously by default and has no external dependency
besides the standard requests library.
What about the legacy XML Orders API?
The legacy XML API was end-of-life in March 2025. This module uses the modern REST Partners API exclusively.
