Why now
By 7 June 2026 the EU Pay Transparency Directive 2023/970 becomes enforceable. Companies with ≥ 100 employees must report 7 gender pay gap metrics. Categories with a ≥ 5% unjustified gap trigger a mandatory Joint Pay Assessment. Employees gain the right to ask for their pay vs. average — with a 2-month answer deadline. Penalties reach €1M+ in some national transpositions.
Generic HR modules don't cover this. Spreadsheets can't. Consultants charge €30k–€80k per audit. This suite does it inside Odoo, in real time, for one one-time price.
