Form Recognizer - CVR
Auto-creates and enriches Danish vendor partners from CVR numbers found by the Form Recognizer engine.
What you get
- Automatic partner creation - when the extraction engine finds a Danish CVR/VAT number (8 digits or DK-prefixed) on a document and no partner matches it, a company-type partner is created on the fly
- CVR data enrichment - the new partner is immediately filled from the Danish CVR register via the CVR module (
control_vat_on_cvr), updating name and details; if the lookup fails the placeholder partner is deleted again so no junk records remain - Per-company defaults - for shared (company-less) partners, each company gets its CVR defaults applied where empty: country, language, purchase currency and fiscal position (the
cvr_default_*fields configured in the CVR module) - Duplicate protection - existing partners are searched with and without the DK prefix, including archived ones, before anything is created
Configuration and use
Installs automatically alongside Form Recognizer and the CVR module. Enable or disable per company under Settings, in the Form Recognizer section, block CVR: the company-dependent checkbox Auto create partners based on CVR (field form_recognizer_cvr_auto_create, on by default).
Default values used for new partners (country, language, currency, fiscal position) are configured in the CVR module's own settings. No other setup is needed - the hook runs inside the normal document extraction flow on vendor bills.
Technical note
Requires the RLSD Form Recognizer and CVR modules; company data comes from the CVR register connection provided by the CVR module.
