What it does Collects posted customer/vendor invoices (and refunds) for a period and a flow (introduction / expédition), keeping only intra-EU partners. Pre-fills each line with NC8 nomenclature, origin, partner country, fiscal value, net mass, nature of transaction, transport mode and Incoterm. Validates every line against DGDDI rules (NC8 = 8 digits, valid EU member state, fiscal value rules per nature of transaction, VAT-number format). Computes the EMEBI obligation level against the survey threshold. Exports the EMEBI line CSV (for DEBWEB2 upload) and a fixed-format DEBWEB text payload. Aggregates dispatches per acquirer VAT + regime into the état récapitulatif TVA and exports it as CSV.
