What it does Collects posted customer invoices/refunds for a period, keeping only EU (non-French) taxable clients, optionally only service lines and only reverse-charged (0%% VAT) lines. Aggregates the net amount per client VAT number into DES lines. Validates every preneur VAT number structurally (per-country pattern) and by checksum (FR/BE/NL/DE/LU) before the file is built. Consolidates duplicate lines per VAT number. Exports the DES in the DGDDI XML envelope and in CSV. Keeps an annual reconciliation summary (12 months, declared vs generated, missing months) exportable as CSV. Tags partners as DES-eligible with a VAT anomaly warning.
