Per-employee cadence tracking: last interview held, next statutory due date, and an automatic status (up to date / due soon / overdue). Interview records with the full mandatory content checklist (career perspectives, training needs, VAE/certification, CPF, conseil en évolution professionnelle). An interview cannot be marked "held" until the statutory content is covered. Interview campaigns that bulk-generate the interviews due in a window and report completion / overdue counts. 6-year recapitulative reviews that assess the three statutory criteria (training action, professional/wage progression, qualifying certification), check whether the biennial interviews were actually held, and flag the abondement risk with an estimated amount.
