Pourquoi choisir ce module
Identification de l'émetteur : raison sociale, adresse, SIREN / SIRET, forme juridique et capital social, ville d'immatriculation au RCS, code APE/NAF. Numéro de TVA intracommunautaire avec la validation de la clé FR (FR + clé à 2 chiffres + SIREN à 9 chiffres, clé = (12 + 3 × (SIREN mod 97)) mod 97). Numérotation de facture séquentielle et chronologique (numéro de facture séquentiel). Date de facture et date de prestation/période. Montant net à payer, date d'échéance et mention des pénalités de retard, l'indemnité forfaitaire de recouvrement de 40 € (art. L441-10 / D441-5) et la mention d'escompte (remise pour paiement anticipé). Mentions de régime de TVA : standard, exonération (avec la référence de l'article), autoliquidation (reverse charge) ou franchise en base (art. 293 B CGI).
