Features Warranty registration per sale: 24-month legal guarantee from delivery for new goods (12 months for second-hand), with the 24-month presumption of non-conformity (art. L.217-7) and the commercial-warranty extension. Automatic computation of guarantee end date, presumption-of-conformity end date and remaining days, plus an "active / lapsed" status. SAV case workflow: declaration -> diagnosis -> repair or replacement -> closed, with the L.217-10 30-day repair deadline tracked and breach alerts. Consumer-remedy choice engine (repair vs replacement vs price reduction vs refund) following the L.217-9 / L.217-14 hierarchy. Six-month SAV immobilisation suspends and extends the guarantee (art. L.217-13); a replacement restarts a fresh guarantee period. Seeded statutory parameter table (durations, deadlines, §-references) for new / second-hand goods.
