Pourquoi choisir ce module
Indicateur 1 — écart de rémunération, par catégorie socio-professionnelle (CSP) ou par tranche d'âge, avec le seuil de pertinence de 3 femmes / 3 hommes par groupe, la moyenne pondérée et le barème officiel de 40 points. Indicateur 2 — écart de taux d'augmentations individuelles (20 pts pour 250+, indicateur fusionné de 35 pts pour la tranche 50-250). Indicateur 3 — écart de taux de promotions (15 pts, 250+ uniquement). Indicateur 4 — augmentations au retour de congé maternité (15 pts, tout ou rien). Indicateur 5 — nombre du sexe sous-représenté parmi les 10 plus hautes rémunérations (10 pts).
