Why Choose This Module
Beneficiary register (BOETH): each disabled worker is counted in headcount-equivalent units, pro rata to months of presence and working-time rate. Sub-contracting deduction (ECAP): purchases from ESAT / EA / TIH are converted to equivalent units (30% of net amount / (SMIC × 1607 h)), capped at 50% of the obligation (art. D5212-22). Obligation in units (6% of headcount, rounded down), shortfall, the size-based unit coefficient (400 / 500 / 600 × hourly SMIC, or the 1500× over-contribution for prolonged non-employment), deductible expenses capped at 10% of the gross, and the net contribution estimate. Worksheet CSV export.
