Pourquoi choisir ce module
Moteur de répartition : trois critères légaux à pondérations configurables sommant à 100% : uniforme, proportionnel au salaire, proportionnel à la présence. Plafond individuel : le droit brut de chaque bénéficiaire est plafonné à 75% du PASS annuel (art. L3324-5 / L3314-8) ; les lignes plafonnées sont signalées et le reliquat non réparti est reporté. Éligibilité : condition d'ancienneté (jusqu'à 3 mois, art. L3342-1). CSG/CRDS (9,7%) calculée pour information ; montant net affiché.
