Mise en demeure generation — produces the legally worded formal notice with the mandatory mentions (designation des parties, somme due, delai de regularisation, mention "mise en demeure"), the EUR 40 indemnite forfaitaire and the computed penalites de retard. Penalty engine — penalites de retard computed day-by-day on the TTC amount due across the legal-rate periods (taux legal semestriel seeded as a lookup table) at the chosen multiplier (default 3x, art. L441-10). Indemnite forfaitaire — the EUR 40 per-invoice statutory recovery cost, with the supplementary-indemnity reservation wording.
