Features Subcontract orders with a subcontractor, due date and operation description. Component issue lines (matières confiées) and expected finished-part return lines, with a running balance of components still held by the subcontractor. WIP and reconciliation: issued vs returned vs scrap, with a shortfall alert. loi 1975 guarantee module: caution personnelle / délégation de paiement / paiement direct, with the obligation thresholds (direct payment of public-market subcontractors above 600 € HT, art. 6) and a guarantee coverage ratio. State flow: draft -> issued -> in progress -> received -> closed. Subcontractor scorecard: on-time rate, scrap rate, open WIP value.
